Our Return Policy (aka The Handmade Reality)

Every item we make is handcrafted with love, a little magic, and human hands—which means no two are exactly alike. Because of this, all sales are final, and we don’t offer refunds or returns.

BUT! If something arrives wonky, damaged, or just not as it should be, we definitely want to hear about it. We’re real people making real things, and sometimes things happen—even with the best intentions.

Uh Oh… Something’s Not Right?

If there’s an issue with your order:

• Include your order number and what went wrong 
• Photos help us fix things faster (and we promise to be gentle)

While we can’t offer refunds, we’re always happy to chat and do our best to make things right.
